Appearance:
Yesen isn't a notable sort of man. Someone that could blend in with a crowd, dull colors, a pale complexation, someone that people wouldn't particular take notice of. His eyes doesn't shine brightly, his hair doesn't glisten. Even with him being a psyker, he is like one with the crowd. Except when in full inquisitorial uniform or adjacent like a commissar uniform. In such uniforms, he is more like a stone pillar, cool, cold, unbreakable. Not meek, but silent, his gaze not dull but intense like a boulders weight. And when wearing his Psyker Hood, the additional threat and dread being ever more potent and visible, as it revealed his true nature as a psyker.

Even when wearing his inquisitorial uniform, it is simple, minimal flourishes, practicality only, in that his uniform only need to show who he is, and what he brings forth to those he have to bear his Rosette to.

Merits and Flaws (Required: 2 Flaws Minimum) :
MERITS
Inquisitorial Will: Yesen keep himself under a tight leash, self discipline as sharp as a blade, any weaknesses he show is one he does deliberately and willingly. For he knows, being a psyker of such strength and in such a position, he must keep an iron grip on himself at all times. To prevent evil from festering in his soul, evil that could cause him to turn traitor. And such a thought is repulsive to Yesen. The dishonor, the disgrace, the disgust it would bring help further steel himself.

Austerity of Mind and Body: Yesen requires little to be content, able to subsist on the same rations as a common guardsman soldier even if his position allowed him to acquire more indulgences. His contentment being less on satisfaction from goods and more on accomplishments.

FLAWS
A Harvest Reaped a Season Early: Yesen even with his self control, still carried doubts, not of his emperor, no, but of his self, his competency of being an independent full Inquisitor. Doubt that he is ready, even if he keep a mask of confidence on, he still retain those thoughts due to being an inquisitor at a relatively young age. However, he knows he have to make due with it, along with the essentially nonexistent retinue he has on hand.

An Empty Jacket: Yesen has little accomplishments to his name, few deeds he can call his own, something he finds disgraceful to himself. Something he wish to rectify, showing he can serve the Imperium, the Emperor as a loyal servant even if he is so far, far, far away. For what is the point of himself if he is unable to do anything.
Biography:
Yesen can barely remember much from his youth, from his childhood in the schola, in being trained and tested as a rare Psyker that could be worthy to become an Inquisitor one day. Those days blended in and blended out like bubbling soup. But he knew it was hard, a very hard youth, death being a constant reminder due to what he was capable of. Where failure even once could potentially mean death. But, as those days of hard work, diligence, exhaustion, determination, and piety comes to an end, and him ending up in the service of his mentor. Inquisitor Marcus. A man getting on in his years without anything to aid with his aging. But still as resolute as a star or planet. With Yesen training under him, learning from him and aiding him in whatever tasks he may require over the years. With the Ordo Militarium, ensuring the loyalty of officers and soldiers, that corruption of all kind is erased to nothing by Marcus's hand. Years would go by, as Yesen learn more, learning some disciplines of other Ordos via favors paid and cashed in by his mentor, eventually becoming the man's High Interrogator for barely a few years. Before Marcus parting ways with Yesen with some 'graduation gifts', like his own personal ship, supplies, and most importantly. A Psychic Hood to aid Yesen, to ensure the man won't fall to the corruption of Chaos. And, his own Rosette, for Yesen to be his own inquisitor, not longer High Interrogator Yesen, but Inquisitor Yesen. Before his mentor, Marcus left to somewhere, that even Yesen don't know where, only that it is at the edges of the galaxy.
